Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of the SPICA SEA SERVICES LTD. website and the scope of the information presented here.

1. General Information

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, service guarantee, or commercial contract.

2. No Service Guarantee Until Written Confirmation

No service is confirmed or guaranteed until SPICA provides written confirmation of scope, timing, pricing where applicable, and execution details. Submitting a Request Service form, sending an email, or calling dispatch does not create a contract or guarantee service execution.

3. Services Subject to Operational Factors

All services discussed on this website are subject to:

  • Port access authorization and terminal-specific regulations
  • Vessel availability and operational timing
  • Supplier, vendor, transport, and workshop availability
  • Local regulations, customs, and agency requirements
  • Weather and navigational constraints
  • Compliance and sanctions obligations applicable to the work
  • Client approval of substitutions and quotations
  • Operational feasibility verification

4. Quotations

All quotations are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final scope, pricing, and execution depend on verification of supplier/vendor availability, port access, timing, documentation, and feasibility.

5. Substitutions

Where requested items are unavailable, SPICA may propose substitutions. Substitutions are supplied only after client approval.

6. Documentation

Documentation provided (packing list, proof of delivery, service confirmation, invoice, close-out summary) depends on the scope of the service and what is operationally applicable. Not every service results in every document.

7. Limitations of Responsibility

SPICA is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by terminal scheduling, port authority decisions, weather, navigational conditions, missing or incorrect information, vessel schedule changes, customs and local regulations, third-party vendor delays, or any factor beyond SPICA’s reasonable control.

8. Compliance

SPICA does not bypass sanctions, customs, port rules, or any legal restrictions. Where compliance requirements limit service execution, scope is clarified in advance and SPICA may decline work.

9. Intellectual Property

The SPICA name, logo, content, and design of this website are the property of SPICA SEA SERVICES LTD. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party services (e.g. Google Maps, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram). SPICA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
