Do you provide 24/7 service?

24/7 dispatch is available for ship chandling and urgent vessel supply requests. Other services are scheduled based on scope, port access, vendor availability, and operational feasibility.

What areas do you cover?

SPICA supports vessels across Vancouver’s commercial port network and can coordinate selected marine services through Turkey and Iran branch/support capability, subject to local access, regulations, vendor availability, and feasibility.

What information do you need for a fast quote?

Please send vessel name, IMO number, ETA/ETD, country, port, berth/terminal/anchorage, service type, requisition list, delivery window, onboard or agent contact, and billing details.

Can you handle urgent requests?

Yes. Urgent requests are reviewed by dispatch and handled subject to supplier/vendor availability, port access, receiving windows, local rules, and feasibility confirmation.

Do you provide substitutions?

Yes. Substitutions are communicated clearly and supplied only after client approval.

Do you coordinate crew change?

Yes. SPICA coordinates crew movement planning, airport/hotel/port transfers, accommodation support, stakeholder communication, and close-out confirmation.

Do you work with fleet contracts?

Yes. SPICA can discuss fleet service agreements, port-specific support agreements, on-call service frameworks, and repeated port-call support.

Do you provide delivery documentation?

Depending on scope, documentation may include packing lists, proof of delivery, service confirmation, invoice details, and close-out summaries.

Can you support technical store requests?

Yes. SPICA coordinates technical store sourcing for deck, engine, electrical, lubricants, hoses, fittings, filters, PPE, tools, and consumables.

Can you deliver to anchorage?

Anchorage support may be coordinated subject to launch availability, weather, timing, access, vessel position, and operational feasibility.

Is SPICA ISO certified?

SPICA states that it maintains ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system certifications. Certificate numbers, expiry dates, issuing bodies, and accreditation details should be confirmed from official certificate documents before publishing.

Does SPICA support Turkey and Iran ports?

SPICA has branch/support capability in Turkey and Iran and can coordinate selected marine services through local teams, vendors, and port-side resources, subject to local regulations, compliance requirements, access, supplier availability, and feasibility.
